Holistic Fitness takes into account the whole person. We look at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of your life that impact your overall health, as well as your happiness and longevity.

The 3M approach focuses on developing a personalized game plan in three areas: Mindset, Movement and Meals (including “nourishment” both on the plate and off).

This holistic approach will ensure you drop the BULLSHIT that holds you back. Through honest conversations we identify the BS stories you tell yourself on a daily basis. This results in you developing and living your BADASS life you know you’re capable of living.

MINDSET:

We start here, because we believe that the mindset is the thread that connects all of what we do and want to accomplish. That means figuring out what we want from our health, wellness and overall life. What’s our mindset around movement, our exercise plan, our relationship with food and other areas of our lives that nutritious us. We want to help you get the mind right. Just like any other muscle we develop we want to develop our mind and get it set in the right space. This will help create new patterns and habits, and identify and eliminate obstacles and limiting beliefs.

MOVEMENT:

Together we will help you uncover what type of movement speaks to you.

This can be in the physical or this too is about mindset and movement can be interpreted as any area of our life we what to see change or movement in, not just the physical

MEALS:

ON THE PLATE: This is the food that we put on our plate, that nutritious us.

OFF THE PLATE: These are other areas of our lives that nutritious us, that feed our life. ie. physical activity, relationships, career, creativity, spirituality. Just to name a few.
